As an Account Manager, you are the driving force behind successful partnerships. You translate business goals into effective strategies and are the face of our agency for key clients. In this role, you combine commercial talent with strategic insight to continue growing and excelling with the team.

These are your main challenges

As an Account Manager, you are the strategic link between client and team. You build strong partnerships with key clients and translate their challenges into concrete solutions. You work closely with Performance Managers to not only meet but exceed goals. With your commercial instinct and strategic insight, you identify opportunities and turn them into results. You take initiative, think proactively, and ensure that we continue to surprise and excel as a team.

  • You build and deepen strategic partnerships within your own client portfolio.

  • Together with the client and the team, you create account plans and ensure a sharp focus on strategy and results.

  • You discover growth opportunities and leverage them to better serve clients.

  • You monitor the collaboration and take the initiative to meet—and exceed—expectations.

  • Thanks to your strong commercial skills, you smoothly convert new opportunities and client issues into services.

  • A salary between € 4,000 and € 6,000, depending on your experience and expertise + good bonuses based on performance.

  • Extensive experience in online marketing.
  • You have a few years of experience in account management and are used to selling services or consultancy on a large scale.
  • Persuasiveness and result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset focused on growth.
