As an Account Manager Tech, you have all the freedom to grow our new tech department. You are the strategic point of contact for clients and translate their challenges into concrete tech solutions. In close collaboration with our development team, you realize innovative Magento webshops and Symfony web applications. You manage your own portfolio, develop strong account plans, and identify opportunities for cross- and upselling. Together with our developers, you convince clients with technical expertise and build sustainable partnerships.
Your job in a nutshell
- Building and maintaining relationships: you manage your own client portfolio, with both existing and new clients.
- Sales and strategy: you develop account plans and come up with ways to better position our tech products in the market.
- New business: you find hooks to bind new clients to us and focus on cross- and upselling.
- Collaboration: in the second meetings, you bring our developers along, so we also technically convince clients.
- Product development: you think along about our proposition and how we can sharpen it further.
