What will you do?

As a Corporate Recruiter, you take the lead in our recruitment process. You are the link between hiring managers and talent, develop a targeted recruitment strategy, and build a strong employer brand. You have the freedom to implement innovative recruitment methods and optimize processes. With your creative approach, you ensure a continuous flow of talent that fits our ambitious growth plans.

Your main challenges

Building recruitment from A to Z – You are the link between hiring managers and candidates. Together with the teams, you discover what is needed and ensure a clear and efficient process.
Setting up a long-term strategy – Not only filling the current vacancies but also thinking about how we position ourselves as an employer for the future.
Connecting people and departments – By talking to teams and managers, you get a clear picture of what is happening and what they need. Meanwhile, you also handle the ongoing vacancies.
Choosing the right tools and processes – Which systems and workflows best support our recruitment? You have the final say.
Creative recruitment and employer branding – From smart campaigns to events and networking, you ensure that talent knows they should be with us.

A good salary – Depending on your experience, your salary ranges between €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month.

Your profile

What we expect from you

You are an experienced recruiter who knows how to elevate recruitment to a higher level:

Proven experience as a recruiter in a scale-up environment.
A proactive mindset and a keen eye.
You know how to set up a recruitment process and involve departments in a streamlined approach.
Affinity with marketing, tech, or data is a nice bonus.
