NHA wanted to increase its brand awareness and boost autonomous traffic through a targeted digital strategy. By developing personas based on data and approaching them with personalized content and ads via search, display, and social media, we effectively reached and activated the target audience. The use of Google Analytics audiences and Datatrics personalization ensured even better targeting and conversion optimization.

Full Funnel Strategy with the See-Think-Do Model

By using the See-Think-Do model, we deployed the right content and channels for each phase of the customer journey. In the See phase, brand awareness was central with thematic campaigns. The Think phase focused on consideration and preference with branded content. In the Do phase, the focus was on acquisition through performance campaigns. This structured approach resulted in a Dutch Search Awards nomination for Best Full Funnel Campaign.
