International Growth Strategy for Paula’s Choice

What?
Paula's Choice sought a partner to accelerate their international growth through digital marketing. The challenge: optimizing their customer acquisition strategy and increasing repeat purchases in the Netherlands, UK, and Belgium.
How?
We developed a data-driven strategy for Paula’s Choice, focusing on customer acquisition and retention via Google Search, Shopping, and Facebook. By analyzing historical data, we identified the best product for acquisition and launched targeted campaigns. For Facebook, we implemented UTM tagging and tested different landing pages, while for Google Search, we used smart Ads scripts and split campaigns into branded and non-branded search terms. With SEO, we focused on improving well-performing pages and expanding questioning search terms for voice search. This approach resulted in higher conversions, lower cost per acquisition, and significant growth in orders and new customers.
