As an SEO Consultant at Follo, you advise brands like Hunkemöller, MediaMarkt, and Allianz Direct in a landscape that evolves faster than ever.

Powered by our own innovative FolloEngine, you don’t deliver standard off-the-shelf checklists — you create high-end, strategic solutions tailored to each client. You map the entire landscape, identifying not just where your audience searches, but more importantly how to reach them through the perfect combination of technology, content, and big data.

What you will do

You are the strategic point of contact for your own portfolio of ambitious brands. You translate growth ambitions into an Organic Search strategy that goes beyond rankings — building authority, visibility, and measurable growth across the key channels where your audience is active.

This means you:

Develop holistic Organic Search strategies that combine Traditional SEO, AI Search (GEO), and — where relevant — Social Search.
Work closely with paid specialists, data experts, and developers to unlock integrated growth opportunities.
Leverage the FolloEngine to automate analyses and move quickly from data to strategy.
Advise clients at board level, acting as a sparring partner who challenges and elevates their thinking.
Share knowledge internally through sessions and contribute to new business pitches.

Your profile

What you will bring

Our SEO team is growing, and we’re currently open to new colleagues at junior, medior, and senior levels. All levels of seniority are welcome, but we value the following qualities:

You have a solid proficiency in Dutch, as you independently lead client conversations and present recommendations.
You are analytical and data-driven — able to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into concrete optimizations.
You have a commercial mindset and take initiative with clients. You actively think along about growth opportunities and are confident in identifying and discussing them.
You are socially strong, can clearly justify your decisions, and feel comfortable engaging with different types of stakeholders.
You have at least 2 years of experience in SEO / Organic Search, preferably within an agency environment.
Experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog is a plus.
