As an AI & Automation Specialist, you help us and our clients move forward by bringing technology, data, and marketing together. You develop solutions that truly make a difference: less manual work, more insight, more impact.

This isn’t a role for someone who just codes in isolation. This is for someone who understands why performance marketing works — and how to use technology to structurally improve it.

Your role

You are the bridge between performance marketing and technology. Together with SEA, SEO, Social, Data, and Tech specialists, you redefine how we build, optimize, analyze, and report on campaigns.

You develop internal tools and automations that make us smarter, faster, and more scalable as an agency. And you think strategically: where are the bottlenecks? Where are we missing opportunities? What can be done better, faster, or smarter?

Your role is broad, but always focused on one goal: improving performance through smart automation.

What will you do?

Designing AI flows: You build workflows that automate SEO content creation, ad copy for SEA/Social, and product descriptions for marketplaces.
Building integration layers: You use tools like Make.com, n8n, or Python scripts to seamlessly connect marketing channels to AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
Rapid prototyping: You leverage the latest AI coding agents to quickly develop scalable marketing solutions. Your mindset: speed to market.
Data orchestration: You ensure our data and analytics tools communicate seamlessly, enabling automated, in-depth, real-time reporting.
Optimization: You identify bottlenecks in our current campaign management processes and solve them through smart automation.

Your growth opportunities

What do you bring?

You’re a creative problem-solver who gets energized by AI, automation, and tech. You enjoy figuring out how systems communicate and interact.

AI-native & AI-assisted: You live and breathe AI. You work daily with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and understand how to deploy them via APIs. You stay up to date with developments such as Claude Code, MCPs (Model Context Protocol), and AI-driven workflows to accelerate your own productivity.
Tech stack expertise: You have solid experience with automation tools like n8n or Make.com.
Coding & data: You have foundational coding knowledge (e.g., Python or JavaScript) and understand how databases work. Experience with AI-assisted coding is essential — you prefer building smart over building heavy.
Google Cloud: Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI) is a strong plus.
Drive: You’re passionate about the latest AI trends and have the ambition to become the best in this space.
