As a Customer Success Manager, you are the dedicated point of contact for your clients. You make sure goals and expectations are clear and that projects run predictably. From tight scoping and clear roadmaps to growth and further development — you keep everything on track and ensure clients truly move forward.

You orchestrate your accounts: challenging clients and internal teams, adding structure, and keeping everyone sharp. You identify opportunities, define a realistic route, and make sure the team knows exactly what’s needed to achieve goals. You also carry commercial responsibility: spotting growth opportunities, safeguarding results, and helping the business move forward.

Your main challenges

You translate business challenges into digital marketing strategies and tactics. You provide direction, maintain oversight, and ensure we deliver results together, step by step. You guide your colleagues, motivate them, and help them achieve maximum impact — for both the client and Follo.

In short, your challenges include:

  • Owning a client portfolio: you know their challenges, goals, and ambitions.
  • Creating a stable foundation for clients: acting as their first point of contact and senior sparring partner.
  • Structure and control: roadmaps, deliverables, planning weekly meetings, and running QBRs.
  • Account plans & growth: driving upsell, retention, and account expansion.
  • Stakeholder management: working with in-house specialists, marketing, and e-commerce managers — you keep communication smooth and expectations clear.
  • Measurable results: making client impact and internal margin/billability transparent and tangible.

Salary

  • A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,000, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Your profile

What we expect from you

  • Agency experience (3+ years): several years within a digital or performance marketing agency, with broad online marketing knowledge.
  • Strategic insight: you know what it takes to achieve business and marketing goals.
  • Commercial mindset: you spot opportunities and translate them into concrete client proposals.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude: you take ownership and think in solutions.
