As an AI Engineer, you bring together technology, data, and marketing to move us — and our clients — forward. You think from a technical perspective, but understand why performance marketing works — and how to apply AI to maximize output and speed.

You don’t need to be a full-stack developer, but you are comfortable working with real code. You build internal tools and automations that make us as an agency smarter, faster, and more scalable. Together with specialists in SEA, SEO, Social, Data, and Tech, you redefine how we build, optimize, and report on campaigns.

What you will do

You build the technical backbone behind modern performance marketing. You ensure that processes don’t just work — they are scalable, automated, and future-proof.

In practice, this means you:

  • Design automation flows that streamline content creation for SEO, ad copy for SEA/Social, and product descriptions for marketplaces.
  • Build integration layers using tools like n8n and Python scripts to connect data with AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
  • Leverage AI coding agents to rapidly prototype scalable marketing solutions — with a strong focus on speed to market.
  • Ensure that data and analytics tools seamlessly integrate, enabling real-time, in-depth, and automated reporting.
  • Identify bottlenecks in campaign management and solve them through smart automation.

What you will bring

We’re not looking for a checklist developer, but for an engineer who truly understands and applies AI and automation.

  • You independently write Python scripts for API calls, data processing, and automation, and understand how our Laravel applications are structured.
  • You have strong skills in SQL / BigQuery, and can work with complex queries, window functions, and data modeling.
  • You have hands-on experience with LLM integrations via Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google APIs — including tooling, prompting, and agents.
  • You use AI as a multiplier, not a replacement, and fully understand the code you write.
  • You work with GitHub and know how to resolve merge conflicts.
  • Experience with GCP / Vertex AI is a strong plus and enables you to contribute directly to our platforms.
