The term Marketplaces is becoming increasingly known in the Netherlands and the number of Marketplaces is growing rapidly. Consumers easily find the channels and appreciate the user-friendliness and convenience of these marketplaces. If you ask in the Netherlands to name a few Marketplaces, names like Amazon, Zalando and Bol.com will be mentioned immediately. Logical, because these platforms are making significant progress and are among the largest webshops in the Netherlands.

But how does this work in other countries? There are plenty of European Marketplaces that we in the Netherlands are not familiar with at all, but are hugely popular in other countries.

In this blog, we cover 8 interesting European Marketplaces you don't know yet, but definitely want to get to know!
